- The prices are per apartment and day without board incl. VAT
- Sauna and steam bath for an extra charge (€ 10,- per person/day)
- Prices excl. guest tax: € 5,09 per person and day.
- Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Sunday.
- We do not accept pets.
- Final cleaning: € 30,-
The regulations according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Cancellation conditions
- up to 3 months before departure there are no cancellation fees.
- 3 months to 21 days before arrival 40%
- 1 month to one week prior to departure, 70% of the travel cost will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation from one week to one day before departure, the entire remaining amount is due (100%)
