- The prices are per apartment and day without board incl. VAT
- Sauna and steam bath for extra charge (€ 10,- per person)
- Prices exclusive guest tax: € 3,80 per person per day.
- Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Sunday.
- We do not accept pets.
- Final cleaning: € 30,-
The regulations according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Cancellation conditions
- up to 28 days before departure there are no cancellation fees.
- 27 days to 21 days before arrival date 40%
- 20 days to one week before departure, 70% of the travel costs will be charged.
- in case of cancellation from one week to one day before departure, the entire balance is due (100%)
Processing fee for cancellations Euro 50,–.
